The Arizona Society of Oriental Medicine & Acupuncture (AzSOMA) is an organization representing nationally certified and state-licensed practitioners (L.Ac.) who are fully-trained in this ancient and holistic medical paradigm.

To protect the practice of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as a separate and distinct healing art and profession in the State of Arizona.

To protect the philosophy, science, and art of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and the professional welfare of its licensed Acupuncturists while maintaining a balance between diversity and high professional standards, and in doing so, benefiting the public.
